MAKITA Rechargeable Coffee Maker

I’m a coffee fiend, and, I know from my time as an electrician, that most construction workers are, too. The problem is that it’s hard to get a good cup of joe on the job site.

I also know that any construction worker worth his salt also loves high-end gear. After all, if you rely on your tools for your livelihood, then you need something tough and reliable.

As such, this cordless Makita coffee maker might be the ultimate job site accessory for the construction worker or contractor who has everything.

It’s built from super durable ABS plastic and features a substantial carrying handle for maximum portability. It only weighs about 3 pounds so you can easily take it anywhere that electrical outlets are in short supply. And, the best part is it runs on the same rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that power Makita tools.

It uses both premade coffee packets and standard grounds and a full charge is good for a little over 5 cups or about 3 standard travel mugs worth of coffee. That should be enough on most days, but will likely require a recharge if you’re putting in some overtime.

At the time or writing, it’s unclear whether this model is available in the USA, but, if not, it should be shortly. Also, I don’t know if the coffee maker has an optional power cord like Makita’s previous model, which would be great if you were using it in the trailer.

Nonetheless, it’s an excellent concept that will appeal to anyone working remotely.
