Rocky Mountain Power (part of the PacifiCorp family) delivered electricity at sampled addresses across Casper, Laramie and Rock Springs. Most of the cities we've checked. Gillette, in Wyoming's coal-and-energy-heavy northeast corner, is the exception: it runs its own city-owned electric utility rather than buying from Rocky Mountain Power.
